Instructions
Creating Taco Potatoes is as simple as following these steps:
1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Prepare the Potatoes: Wash the potatoes thoroughly and prick them with a fork several times. Rub with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
3. Bake the Potatoes: Place the potatoes directly on the oven rack or on a baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes or until the skins are crispy and the insides are tender.
4. Cook the Protein: While the potatoes bake, heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef or turkey, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned.
